On November 23 (Sat., holiday), the 1st KIN-TOSS was held under the theme of “Connecting Future Health with Bacteria.
The commemorative first lecture was given by Dr. Masahiko Shirotani, Executive Director of our study group and Director of Luke’s Ashiya Clinic, on “How to live a life that makes intestinal bacteria happy”.
Many people took notes as he talked about the intestinal bacteria that are greatly involved in mental and physical health!
After the lecture, enjoy a variety of “Mago wa Yasashiiwa” meals prepared by Kobe Shokudo Heartosu, who lovingly delivers the joy and pleasure of eating along with school lunches to kindergartens and nursery schools. The 2nd KIN-TOSS will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 5:00 pm.
Midori Ogino, a nutritionist and health care specialist, will present a seminar titled “Living in Harmony with Intestinal Bacteria!” The next session will also include a meal that will make your intestinal bacteria and heart happy. (Chewables are also included!)
