Q1. How much did you know about the relationship between gut microbiota and health?
I had a general idea that it was related to health and disease.
Q2. How much did you know about Gut Microbiota Transplantation (FMT)?
I had taken an interest in it and looked into it before.
Q3. How did you first learn about our association’s Gut Microbiota Transplantation program?
I found out about it on the internet.
Q4. What was the deciding factor for choosing to undergo Gut Microbiota Transplantation through our association?
To improve my Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
Q5. Before deciding to undergo the transplant, were there any points of hesitation or concerns you had?
The cost was high, and I wasn’t sure if it would really be effective.
Q6. From the time you applied for the transplant to after it was completed, was the explanation and support provided by the medical institution sufficient?
The explanations and support were sufficient, and I was able to proceed with the transplant with a clear understanding and confidence.
Q7. After undergoing the transplant, how did your symptoms change?
My constipation and the issue of gas when I’m out did not improve.
Until now, I was unable to urinate in public due to excessive tension, but I am now able to do so.
Q8. After the transplant, are there any lifestyle habits or mindsets you consciously maintain to support and preserve the gut bacteria that have now become your allies?
I’ve made a habit of incorporating more vegetables into my meals and exercising regularly.

Q9. In the future, would you consider receiving regular transplants to maintain your health?
I would like to consider it positively.
Q10. Would you consider recommending the transplant to someone you know?
If someone I know is suffering from a health condition, I would definitely recommend it.
Q11. Do you have any words of encouragement or advice for those who are about to undergo a transplant or are still unsure about it?
It may not completely eliminate all symptoms, but in my case, I experienced improvements in my mental well-being.
The transplant became a turning point that allowed me to think positively about becoming healthier.
I believe that changes in my lifestyle—such as diet and exercise—have helped me lead a more emotionally stable life.
