[Questionnaire]
Q1. How much did you know about the relationship between gut microbiota and health?
I had a general idea that it was related to health and disease.
Q2. How much did you know about Gut Microbiota Transplantation (FMT)?
I had taken an interest in it and looked into it before.

Q3. How did you first learn about our association’s Gut Microbiota Transplantation program?
I found out about it on the internet.
Q4. What was the deciding factor for choosing to undergo Gut Microbiota Transplantation through our association?
After consulting with the clinic.
Q5. Before deciding to undergo the transplant, were there any points of hesitation or concerns you had?
Safety, high cost, and whether it would really be effective.
Q6. From the time you applied for the transplant to after it was completed, was the explanation and support provided by the medical institution sufficient?
I received a fair amount of explanation and support.

Q7. After undergoing the transplant, how did your symptoms change?
Since we combined the transplant with nutritional therapy, it’s hard to determine the exact effect of the transplant alone.
However, starting around the 5th or 6th session, we noticed a slight shift in their mindset—they became more positive, and episodes of emotional distress became less frequent.
Q8. After the transplant, are there any lifestyle habits or mindsets you consciously maintain to support and preserve the gut bacteria that have now become your allies?
As a mother, I try to be mindful by avoiding sugar and wheat as much as possible. However, my child doesn’t fully understand the importance of this and ends up buying wheat-based products and sugary drinks on their own, so our ideal dietary lifestyle hasn’t quite been achieved.
Q9. In the future, would you consider receiving regular transplants to maintain your health?
I would like to consider it positively.
Q10. Would you consider recommending the transplant to someone you know?
I would like to let others know about it as one of the available options.
Q11. Do you have any words of encouragement or advice for those who are about to undergo a transplant or are still unsure about it?
Even though I would like to recommend it, the high cost makes it difficult to say for sure.
Q12. Please leave a message for the donor who provided the stool for your transplant.
Please stay healthy.
