I had a general idea that it was related to health and disease.

I had no knowledge of it at all.

I learned about it from my primary care doctor.
Q4. What was the deciding factor for choosing to undergo Gut Microbiota Transplantation through our association?
Because the symptoms were very severe and the results of the gut flora test were poor.
Q5. Before deciding to undergo the transplant, were there any points of hesitation or concerns you had?
The question of safety and the high cost.

The explanations and support were sufficient, and I was able to proceed with the transplant with a clear understanding and confidence.
Q7. After undergoing the transplant, how did your symptoms change?
It may be caused by another disease, but the symptoms have remained unchanged from before the transplant to after the transplant.
Q8. After the transplant, are there any lifestyle habits or mindsets you consciously maintain to support and preserve the gut bacteria that have now become your allies?
I consciously make an effort to chew thoroughly and eat until I’m about 80% full.

I definitely want to keep going.

I would like to inform you that fecal microbiota transplantation is one option.
Q11. Do you have any words of encouragement or advice for those who are about to undergo a transplant or are still unsure about it?
I was anxious before the transplant, but thanks to the support from the doctor and staff, I was able to undergo the procedure with peace of mind.
So far, my symptoms haven’t improved, but I think it’s worth trying as one treatment option.
