consultation with a physician<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two online consultations with a physician<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One face-to-face consultation with a physician<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One flora balance test<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpretation services<br>(including one meeting and up to three consultation sessions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These services are provided to support communication,
