Because I thought it might be effective for something I’ve suffered from for years.<\/p>\n\n

The cost was high, and I wasn\u2019t sure if it would really be effective.<\/p>\n\n

I received a fair amount of explanation and support.<\/p>\n\n

Before the transplant, the pain was around an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. After the transplant, I feel like it’s around a 5 or 6 on that scale.
The fundamental issue of abnormal gas emissions has not been satisfactorily resolved.<\/p>\n\n

Q8. After the transplant, are there any lifestyle habits or mindsets you consciously maintain to support and preserve the gut bacteria that have now become your allies?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

I still avoid high-FODMAP foods.
If I don’t keep avoiding them, I feel like something will go wrong.<\/p>\n\n

I can’t quite put my finger on it.
