Q4. What was the deciding factor for choosing to undergo Gut Microbiota Transplantation through our association?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

To improve my Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).<\/p>\n\n

Q5. Before deciding to undergo the transplant, were there any points of hesitation or concerns you had?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The cost was high, and I wasn\u2019t sure if it would really be effective.<\/p>\n\n

Q6. From the time you applied for the transplant to after it was completed, was the explanation and support provided by the medical institution sufficient?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The explanations and support were sufficient, and I was able to proceed with the transplant with a clear understanding and confidence.<\/p>\n\n

Q7. After undergoing the transplant, how did your symptoms change?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

My constipation and the issue of gas when I\u2019m out did not improve.
Until now, I was unable to urinate in public due to excessive tension, but I am now able to do so.<\/p>\n\n

Q8. After the transplant, are there any lifestyle habits or mindsets you consciously maintain to support and preserve the gut bacteria that have now become your allies?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

I\u2019ve made a habit of incorporating more vegetables into my meals and exercising regularly.<\/p>\n\n

I would like to consider it positively.<\/p>\n\n

If someone I know is suffering from a health condition, I would definitely recommend it.<\/p>\n\n

Q11. Do you have any words of encouragement or advice for those who are about to undergo a transplant or are still unsure about it?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

It may not completely eliminate all symptoms, but in my case, I experienced improvements in my mental well-being.
The transplant became a turning point that allowed me to think positively about becoming healthier.
I believe that changes in my lifestyle\u2014such as diet and exercise\u2014have helped me lead a more emotionally stable life.<\/p>\n\n
