I was at least familiar with the term “gut microbiota.”<\/p>\n\n

Q2. How much did you know about Gut Microbiota Transplantation (FMT)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

I had no knowledge of it at all.<\/p>\n\n

Q3. How did you first learn about our association\u2019s Gut Microbiota Transplantation program?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

I learned about it from my primary care doctor.<\/p>\n\n

Q4. Before deciding to undergo the transplant, were there any hesitations or concerns you had?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The cost was high, and I wasn\u2019t sure if it would really be effective.<\/p>\n\n

Q5. From the time you applied for the transplant until after it was completed, was the explanation and support provided by the medical institution sufficient?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The explanations and support were sufficient, and I was able to proceed with the transplant with a clear understanding and confidence.<\/p>\n\n

Q6. How did your symptoms change after undergoing the transplant?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Before, during, and after the transplant, there wasn\u2019t a significant change in my mental state, but after the transplant, about 70-80% of my physical symptoms decreased, making me feel much better.My abdominal bloating and pain have significantly decreased, and the amount of stool has increased (though I still tend to experience bloating when I spend long hours doing desk work).There were significant fluctuations during the transplant period.<\/p>\n\n

Q7. After the transplant, are there any lifestyle habits or mindsets you consciously maintain to support and preserve the gut bacteria that have become your allies?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Avoid consuming too much sugar. Do not take artificial sweeteners. Eat until about 80% full.<\/p>\n\n

Q8. In the future, would you consider undergoing regular transplants to maintain your health?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

I would like to consider it positively.<\/p>\n\n

Q9. Would you consider recommending the transplant to someone you know?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

I would like to inform others about it as one of the options.<\/p>\n\n

Q10. Please share a message for those who are about to undergo the transplant or are hesitant about it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

I feel that the transplant has been more effective than treatment with supplements.If you haven\u2019t felt much effect from supplements, please consider giving this a try. <\/p>\n\n
