Gastroenterology<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h3>\n\n<p>The methodology for this experiment involved 90 overweight men and women assigned to three diets.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Healthy Eating Diet<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mediterranean diet<\/strong><br\/>&#8230;eat 28g of walnuts a day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;Green&#8221; Mediterranean diet<\/strong><br\/>&#8230;Eat 28 grams of walnuts a day, drink green smoothies with Mizin Koukikusa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>All groups are given free gym memberships and exercise guidelines.<\/p>\n\n<p>Their average age is 52 years old and they will be on this diet for 6 months.<br\/>They have lost an average of 8.3 kilos.<\/p>\n\n<p>And this experiment includes a rebound period.<br\/>You would provide your own stool immediately after the first 6 months of dieting and then drink it from 6 to 14 months later.<br\/>There was no mention of the bacteria being killed by stomach acid due to oral administration.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">result<\/h3>\n\n<p>Each of the three groups was provided with a placebo for observation, with the following results<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Did autologous stool transplantation prevent rebound?<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No significant difference in general diet improvement or Mediterranean diet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The &#8220;green&#8221; Mediterranean diet had a marked effect, with a 17.1% weight rebound on autologous stool transplants versus a 50% rebound on placebo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The same &#8220;green&#8221; Mediterranean diet also helps with waistline numbers and insulin rebound<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Intestinal bacteria seem to be deeply involved in these results.<\/p>\n\n<p>To see results from transplanting one&#8217;s own stool, one&#8217;s gut microbiome must have changed after six months on the diet.<br\/>It is this &#8220;green&#8221; Mediterranean diet that has significantly changed the subject&#8217;s own intestinal flora.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">There is a clear change in metabolic improvement and anti-inflammatory effects.<\/h2>\n\n<p>This experiment was followed up with a later<\/p>\n\n<p>The above experiment alone highlights only the benefits of the &#8220;green&#8221; Mediterranean diet, but in fact, all of the diets showed that autologous stool transplantation helped to maintain metabolism.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0953620521001102\">Autologous fecal microbiota transplantation can retain the metabolic achievements of dietary interventions &#8211; ScienceDirect<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>In this report, all three groups collectively have better metabolic maintenance values in autologous stool transplants than placebo.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Decrease in leptin (a substance secreted by fat cells)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DECREASE IN CRP (INFLAMMATION MARKER) VALUES<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Decrease in interleukin-6 (inflammation marker) values<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Decrease in total cholesterol<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><br\/>In fact, various studies have already shown that in lifestyle-related diseases such as dyslipidemia and diabetes, inflammation occurs first in the body tissues.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Improved diet changes the intestinal flora.<\/h2>\n\n<p>The great thing about this experiment is that it showed that <strong>dietary changes can change the intestinal flora.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The number of people taking probiotics, taking prebiotics, and trying to improve their intestinal flora in the name of intestinal activity is increasing every year.<\/p>\n\n<p>However, there is a growing realization that diet does not improve intestinal flora.<\/p>\n\n<p>Diet alone cannot <strong>sustain<\/strong> changes in the intestinal flora.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>In this study, encapsulation of my own intestinal bacteria that had changed during the six months I had been improving my diet, and continued to be taken after the diet ended, showed metabolic maintenance and anti-inflammatory effects.<\/p>\n\n<p>I think this can be said that the autologous fecal transplantation &#8220;reproduces the intestinal flora of the period of hard work&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>Overweight is not only due to a person&#8217;s weak will.<br\/>The composition of intestinal bacteria, antibiotics in foods, prescribed antibiotics, and various obesity factors have been noted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The question of whether a gut flora transplant can help you lose weight.
